Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days no questions ask as long as the rosary has not been blessed by a priest. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will offer a refund on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unblessed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please include a note saying "return" and send to the address on the enclosed business card.

Exchanges

We are glad to exchange your rosary for another rosary that is the same price.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oklahoma Rosaries, 8201 NE 26th St. Spencer, OK 73084

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store and wholesale account returns

Your rosaries can be exchanged for rosaries as many times as required to sell.  Any cost difference in the exchange will be billed the same as a purchase. You will be responsible for shipping.
